CARE & RESPONSIBILITY
All pieces must be handled with care and returned in the same condition in which they were received. The borrower is responsible for all pieces throughout the entire loan period.
As many of our pieces are vintage, archival or one-of-one, both SCHULTNECK and the borrower are responsible for documenting any existing wear or damage before the loan begins.
CLEANING & DAMAGE
Borrowed pieces must never be washed, altered, repaired or treated without prior approval from SCHULTNECK. If cleaning is required, pieces may only be professionally dry-cleaned.
The borrower is responsible for costs resulting from damage, necessary repairs or professional dry cleaning during the loan period.
If a piece is lost, stolen or damaged beyond reasonable repair, the borrower is responsible for the full agreed replacement value.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
SCHULTNECK reserves the right to request a refundable security deposit before releasing any pieces. Costs relating to damage, loss, cleaning or late returns may be deducted from the deposit.
RETURNS & LATE FEES
All pieces must be returned by the agreed return date. Extensions must be approved by SCHULTNECK in advance.
Late returns may be subject to a late fee. If a piece has not been returned within 7 days of the agreed return date, SCHULTNECK reserves the right to invoice the borrower for the full agreed replacement value of the outstanding piece(s).
TRAVEL & USE
Pieces may not be taken outside Sweden, transferred to another person or production, or used for purposes other than those stated in the original request without prior approval from SCHULTNECK.
CREDITS & APPROVAL
Where applicable, borrowed pieces should be credited as SCHULTNECK. All press loans are subject to availability and approval.
